The challenge:
The regional affiliate of a national leadership organization was considering expanding their program offerings. They needed solid information to support long-range planning.

The solution:
Axia provided qualitative research by interviewing past program attendees and sponsors, as well as non-attendees and non-sponsors. Feedback showed that all participants greatly valued their leadership experience, although brand awareness and knowledge about the program was limited in both the broader business and general communities.

The result:
The organization adopted a new focus on building awareness in the community. They also looked to additional offerings, such as an alumni program to keep program graduates actively involved in the community.
