The challenge:
As part of their strategic planning process, a non-profit sponsor of musical performances wanted to gather input from their constituents and sponsors. Of particular interest was feedback from former sponsors and non-sponsors.

The solution:

The result:
The research yielded two key insights. It identified gaps in the community's musical offerings and provided direction for potential future roles for the organization in the community.
