Health and beauty company unifies brand, watches sales continue to grow.

The challenge:
An international distributor of health and beauty products needed to consolidate several different brand identities under one umbrella. Two companies had been merged and a relationship entered into with a third. The use of three different identities was confusing to customers.

The solution:
Axia directed the creation of new identity options and facilitated the selection of a new logo. Once the new identity was finalized, the stationary components, product packaging and web site were redesigned. Templates for an online newsletter, print catalogs, and print ads were created. Axia also wrote the new content including the company's story and rich history. Overall guidelines were provided for future communications. Axia developed and implemented an annual plan, as well as a tactical outline and a three-year plan. Throughout the year-long process, the company president consulted with Axia regularly as she considered various business opportunities.

The result:
Axia's counsel to the president helped her align the new marketing strategy with her business goals. The unified brand clarified the company's identity in the marketplace, and the high volume of calls from confused customers disappeared. The streamlining of resources helped save time, effort, and expenses. Under the new brand identity, sales continue to grow.
